Ingredients:

???? honeysuckle berries – 300 grams;

???? water – 200 ml (1 cup);

???? sugar – 150 grams;

???? moonshine 40% – 1 liter.

The proportions of sugar can be changed at your discretion or you can do without it, but then bitterness can be felt.

Crush the clean berries with your hands or a blender. Transfer the resulting mass to a container for infusion, for example, in a glass jar. Add the moonshine, mix well. Close the jar tightly with a lid and put it in a dark place at room temperature for 5 days. Shake it once a day.

After 5 days, mix water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and keep for 3-5 minutes, removing the white foam. Cool to room temperature and add to the infusion. Stand for another 5 days.

Filter the finished tincture from the berries and sediment. If a slight turbidity does not interfere, you can skip this step. Pour the drink into storage bottles and seal tightly with stoppers. Shelf life is up to 5 years.
